A Philadelphia playground that offers four seasons of fun will be welcoming the arrival of a special guest who will be hiding eggs for kids to find.
The Easter Bunny has joined forces with the Thomas Mitchell Playground Advisory Council to offer a fun-filled morning. At least 2,000 eggs will be hidden, filled with candy, toys and special prizes, and it is free for kids from ages one to ten to take part.
Each ticketholder will search for the hidden treasures, and the Bunny will be on hand to meet the kids and get his picture taken with them. The adults in the crowd will have a chance to place their bids on an assortment of prize baskets, and many of the items have been donated to the cause. The runtime for the festivities is two hours.
