Day of fun planned for CHOP cardiac families

A special day is on the way for families who are former or current patients of the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s (CHOP) Cardiac Center, and its organizers have put lots of activities together for the event.

This will be the first year for the Cardiac Family Fun Event, and it has been planned as an occasion that will bring families together with their medical teams and others who have been in their shoes. It will be held in the Abramson Research Center which is part of the hospital’s main campus.

Those who come to the festivities will be able to enjoy three hours of activities. There will be games to play, rides to enjoy, and entertainment will also be on hand to keep the crowd laughing. Food will also be on offer, and the kids, parents, siblings, and others who come out will have time to socialize and get to know one another, share stories, and have fun. A printer can use banner printing techniques to craft a variety of festive decorations that can help to build the excitement of this type of occasion.

The event is scheduled to take place on May 6, and those who plan on participating have been asked to RSVP by no later than April 23rd. Anyone who would like to find out more information can contact McCabeC3@email.chop.edu for additional details.
