The 17th annual Fringe Festival, presented by Fringe Arts, will be taking place in Philadelphia for just over three weeks this September.
The majority of performances will take place around Race Street and Columbus Boulevard, and the festival will feature the music, dance, theater, art exhibitions, comedy, and spoken word performances of both local and international artists.
Some of the events taking place include the play 99 Breakups presented by the Pig Iron Theatre Company, Experiment #39 from the Institute for Psychogeographic Adventure, and 100% Philadelphia from Rimini Protokoll. There will also be an art project by Spiral Nexus that looks for beauty in lost places. It will happen at the Higher Grounds Cafe.
Tickets vary from event to event, and some are free. Attendees can also visit the Festival Bar, which will be providing drinks and live musical performances.
Poster printing companies are often asked to help advertise events like this one – a service that may involve postcard, banner, and poster printing.
The Fringe Festival will be held from September 5th to 21st in various venues. Experiment #39 will run from September 6th-7th, while 99 Breakups is on from September 4th-16th and 100% Philadelphia is being performed from September 19th-21st. The Art Project Reclamation takes place on September 13th, beginning at 7:00pm, and admission is free. For more information or to find more news about the event, call 215-413-1318.
