Pop culture enthusiasts from North Versailles and the surrounding communities are invited to come to an event that has been planned just for them.
The Monroeville Convention center will be the site for this year’s Steel City Con. It will bring together hundreds of vendors, artists, actors, and fans in an event that will have something for everyone.
This is one of the largest conventions of its kind in the whole country, and will have nearly 100,000 square feet of space to browse through. There will be costume contests, meet and greets with celebrities, a fundraising drive, a trivia contest, and cosplay activities as well.
It is expected that more than 750 vendor tables will be set up with displays of items available for purchase. Poster printing can be used to create a variety of marketing materials for events such as this.
A special hotel rate has been arranged at the Double Tree by Hilton Pittsburgh-Monroe Convention Center for those who wish to attend more than one day of the convention. Free parking is available onsite.
The event has been scheduled for April 15th to the 17th. Tickets cost between $17.50 and $45.00, depending on how they are purchased and how many days they cover. Further information, as well as an opportunity to buy passes online, can be found on the Steel City Con website.
