North Versailles to get rolling for cats in need

Feral cats face tough life out on the streets, and a North Versailles area fundraiser will help to tackle the problem of pet overpopulation.

Newbie and experienced bowlers alike are welcome to sign up for an event that will raise funds for two local not for profit groups that offer a second chance to homeless cats as well as one that offers low cost spaying, neutering and other services. Pittsburgh C.A.T. and the Homeless Cat Management Team will benefit, and the registration fee starts at $30.00.

Each registrant for the activity will revive shoe rental as well as three hours of bowling. Everyone who brings along a donation of new and unused cat supplies will also have their name entered in a special draw. These contributions will be distributed in a way that helps as many felines as possible. Food and drink specials, along with basket raffle draws, will be on offer.

To help maximize the impact of the day, the organizers have drafted a sponsorship program. These opportunities start at $25.00 for a lane sign, and go up to $300.00 for a Lane Sponsor. Both will ensure the sponsor's Logo Design is seen by a large number of members of the public.

This chance to get rolling for cats in need will be hitting the lanes on October 6th. Princess Lanes Bowling Center located at 540 Weymen Road in Pittsburgh will be the venue for the day.
