North Versailles to explore starting new business

North Versailles residents who are considering taking the plunge and starting up their own business can sign up now for a learning event.

Whether they wish to attend online or in person, a class on offer thanks to the Small Business Development Center University of Pittsburgh may offer those who take part some much-needed guidance. It is being made available free of charge, and it may give the participants the knowledge and other tools they need to hit the ground running.

The workshop will offer an insider’s view of the local market and how to take full advantage of the opportunities it presents. Everyone will learn about the marketing tools available to them, and information about other resources will be discussed as well. At the end of the activity, registrants should have a better understanding of business structures, the ins and outs of attracting customers, and a variety of funding streams.

Whether they are starting a business or trying out a new hobby, people may appreciate an opportunity to learn something new. Handouts and other items for a class or workshop can be prepared by Stationery printers.

This learning experience for those considering getting started at setting up their own business will be on offer on August 11. It can be attended online or in person at 3420 Forbes Avenue.
