The North Versailles area will be kicking off August with an adults-only crafting session that will take inspiration from a summer trip to the seaside.
The participants in the crafting class will be making decorative seashell wreaths, offering a quick and easy project for the participants to work on. Tickets are $25 each, and anyone who is interested will need to sign up in advance via AllEvents.in. The registration fee is non-refundable.
The attendees will use a pre-made grapevine wreath form for the activity, and the shells and other decorative elements will be supplied. They will also have an opportunity to chat while they work. The complete piece will offer a taste of the days of summer even after the season has drawn to a close, and it will be suitable for hanging on an outside door or in another location.
A crafting class offers a way to learn new skills and meet others who enjoy working with their hands. A flyer printing company will be able to assist a small business in promoting a workshop or other event to potential registrants.
The Monroeville Senior Center has created this activity, which will be on offer at 6000 Gateway Campus Boulevard in Monroeville. It will be held on August 8, and the final date to sign up is August 1.
