A festival has been planned for Butler that will light up the night sky.
Pyrofest is a celebration that combines music, fireworks, food, and fun into a two-day event. It’s the largest of its kind in the whole country, and features elaborate displays of both sound and light.
Not all of the pyrotechnics will be used after dark. The Military Daytime Display will salute the troops with an array of smoke shells, thunderflash, and even the launch of a “UFO”.
Those who want to enjoy a snack while they watch the displays are welcome to bring along their own cooler with nonalcoholic beverages and food, and there will be many food vendors who will be set up for the weekend. It is also suggested that people bring either law chairs or a blanket to sit on while they relax and watch the show. A company that provides printing services can produce everything from T-shirts to Posters and Signs that can be used during a festival like this.
Weekend passes for the event, which is planned for May 28th and 29th, start at $25 for students and military members and go up to $40 for general admission and $125 for VIP passes. Tickets for those who only wish to attend one day only start at $15. There is no charge for parking.
Anyone who is interested in purchasing tickets or finding out more is invited to visit the PyroFest website.
