Even after they have hung up their combat boots and ruck for the last time, veterans can still carry a heavy load. A Butler event will help to shoulder their burdens, and the local community of motorcycle riders is asked to lend a hand.
A four-day-long celebration will be taking over Butler Farm Show Grounds, and the participants can count on having plenty of fun while they meet other motorcycle enthusiasts. Everyone will be made welcome.
This will be the first year that Butler Bikes and BBQ has been held, and it will kick off with a motorcycle parade where members of the public can show off their pride and joy. A variety of rides has been planned, and there will also be a vendor alley, food and drink stations, live entertainment and many other activities for the crowd to enjoy. Admission and parking are both free, and there are several hotels and other lodging options in the vicinity.
The touring routes that have been set up for the festival will range from 50 to 100 miles. Print shops can offer assistance with this by printing maps and other items that outline the options, as well as various points of interest along the way.
This event, which will support the Butler County Veterans in Need Fund, will begin run from September 12 to 20. The Visit Butler County Website includes the most current information about the function.
