Butler pet parents who would like to enjoy some holiday fun with a purpose may want to save the date for the celebration at the Evans City Public Library.
The venue will be welcoming pets and their people for a tail-wagging good time, and the agenda is full of festive fun in support of the four-legged set. It will be serving as a “food raiser” for the Orphans of the Storm shelter.
The function will help everyone to get into the holiday spirit with a crafting area, and the enrichment items prepared will be donated to the shelter. Hot chocolate and festive cookies will be served, with the cookies donated by Cookiez by Danielle, and everyone can sit down and relax for a holiday movie.
Many people really care about the world around them, and a volunteer activity offers a way for them to give back. Promotional Products provide a way to thank them for their generosity of spirit, and they can be crafted by area Print shops.
Tickets for this afternoon of helping to give companion animals some much needed love will be offered at Evans City Library on Saturday, December 9. The fun will get started at 2:00 pm. Admission is granted with a donation of cat or dog food, and all ages are welcome.
