Butler is busy preparing for fall's arrival, and one of the events on the agenda will offer plenty of autumn-themed fun.
Freedom Farms has put out the word that its largest event of the year is not far away, and there is an agenda of activities on offer for each weekend throughout the month. Entry to the venue will be ticketed, and these are priced at $10 each.
Guests at the celebration will be treated to a variety of activities, many of which will offer an introduction to the area's agricultural sector. Hayrides, a fruit and vegetable vendor area, a pumpkin patch, petting zoo, alcohol vendors, and other local small businesses will all be on site, and a hay mountain, corn pit, and face painting are also in the works. Everyone will be able to pick a bouquet of sunflowers before they head for home
As fall weather can still often be mild, it may be a good time for an outdoor event. Banner printing and other services for an occasion will be available at area printers, and can be made waterproof should the worst happen.
Freedom Farms, which can be found at 434 Overbrook Road in Valencia will be welcoming one and all for this upcoming month of fun, running throughout October. Its listing provides more information for anyone who would like to participate as a guest or vendor.
