Located near Butler, Freedom Farms believes that everyone deserves access to freshly grown, nutritious food that also tastes delicious. It will soon be celebrating the holidays with a festival that will offer activities that both old and young can enjoy, and it is scheduled to run for two days.
The planners of the Christmas on the Farm festival noted that, since it will have some new digs for this year, the market will be even bigger than in previous years. Many vendors have already come on board, and this list is expected to grow up until the date of the event.
Freedom Farms will have a selection of locally grown holiday trees on sale, and wreaths will also be available. The guests can browse through all that the vendors have to offer, and the kids can have their face painted and meet the animals in the petting zoo.
When organizing the festival, a decision was made to include carolers and other musical performers in the celebration. Anyone who would like to participate has been asked to contact the farm’s events coordinator. Offering volunteer T-shirts and other Corporate Gifts can be a fun way to show those who lend a hand with this type of activity that their efforts are greatly appreciated.
