Wine and yoga bring peace to Lancaster

Yoga enthusiasts and wine lovers will enjoy a happy month next month as a wine and yoga event aims to bring peace and relaxation to Lancaster.

The Vino and Vinyasa yoga event will begin soon, and Lancaster yogis will want to clean their yoga mats for an immersive stretch and exercise session. Local yoga instructor Rachel Boyer will lead the event and provide a 75-minute yoga and stretching session before treating each guest to a refreshing drink.

Boyer designed the yoga flow to be suitable for participants of all levels who want to begin gaining experience with yoga. The stretches, breathing activities, and exercises will help guests feel rejuvenated and relaxed at the session’s conclusion. Interested parties are asked to bring a yoga mat and towel from home for the best experience. Brochure printing can help instructors share information about stretches and exercises at yoga events like this.

After the yoga, guests can enjoy a beer, glass of wine, or slushy to refresh the body and mind. The event can accommodate up to 25 guests, and interested parties should make reservations online while opportunities remain.

Rockside Winery and Vineyards will be the host site for the wine and yoga session on the morning of Sunday, September 1st, from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM. Yoga tickets cost $20, while yoga and drink tickets are $35.
