Parents and children with an interest in nature will want to save the date, as a learning session will explore the survival instincts of wild animals in the Lancaster area.
The Animal Survival Secrets learning session has announced a start date for next month, allowing parents and their children to plan accordingly for a day of learning and understanding nature. Attendees will learn why wild animals do not worry as the colder temperatures of winter approach, taking a closer look at the preparation techniques of several common animals in Ohio.
The program is open to children 10 and older, and no pets will be allowed to join the learning adventure. Participants will want to bring their own drinking water from home, as potable water will not be available at the host location. Brochure printing is a fabulous way to provide interested parties with more information about what is covered during such learning experiences.
Depending on the weather, guests may also want to bring insect repellent and a sun hat. Checking the weather beforehand can help participants prepare for the adventure or learn whether the program has been rescheduled due to the conditions.
The experience will be held at Mambourg Park in Lancaster. It is scheduled to start at 4:00 PM on Saturday, November 15th. Interested parties can RSVP for the learning session on Facebook or online.
