Upcoming market brings summer to Lancaster

Summer in Lancaster has many fun events, and a popular favorite has now been scheduled.

Summer at the Round Barn is on the way, bringing with it the Vintage & Made Market. The market, which will be held inside the barn, with some activities outdoors, is expected to bring at least 125 vendors to the event. These artisans come from a number of Midwestern communities to offer their products at the Round Barn, located in the county fairground.

Shoppers who like meeting the gifted artisans who create unique products, and who want to shop local, will enjoy a visit to the market. Among the wares they will find are newly-created goods, as well as repurposed, chipped, rusty, or salvaged items. Bands will provide live acoustic music, and hungry bargain hunters can find a delicious meal at one of the food trucks that will be on hand.

The market is scheduled for June 27 and 28; on the 27th, the hours are 10.00 am until 5.00 pm, and on the 28th, from 11.00 am until 4.00 pm. General admission is $5, but VIP tickets are available for $10. Those who purchase VIP tickets will be admitted at 9.00 am on June 27, and may return the next day without paying an additional charge.

With hundreds of vendors at events of this type, flyer printing can be used to create handouts to help visitors locate specific artisans.
