Foodies and aspiring party hosts are in for a treat next month, as a charcuterie workshop is planning to hold a session in Lancaster.
The Sweetest Day Charcuterie Workshop at Outer Belt Brewing will soon begin welcoming guests. Attendees will learn the best strategies for presenting meat and cheese. The interactive workshop, which will be led by Lisa Hiles-Burkhart, aims to demonstrate the art of creating beautiful charcuterie boards with the best meats to impress party guests.
Registered guests will work with a heart-shaped board included in the registration price. Two premium meats, six cheese options, fresh fruits, olives, crackers, and skewers are also included to help each participant create their food masterpiece. Brochure printing can assist guests at such events with step-by-step instructions and information.
Hiles-Burkhart will guide participants through each step and demonstrate how to use the ingredients and resources for an impressive board. Attendees are welcome to bring Notepads and Pens to write down the instructions for future use and memory retention. It is an ideal setting for date nights or fun with friends. A Dueling Pianos session will follow the charcuterie workshop.
Outerbelt Brewing will host the workshop, which has been booked for Saturday, October 19th, running from 5:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Guests will leave with enough food to feed two to four people. Registration costs $50 and can be made online.
