The Famous Food Festival is coming just around the corner from Lindenhurst. The event prides itself on bringing the best and tastiest foods to all the NYC suburbs, including Long Island.
Many of the food vendors featured are local businesses. There will be over 65 food vendors, many of which will no doubt use poster printing to display what they will be selling. Everything from Caribbean street eats to fried ice cream will be sold.
This food festival is a family-friendly event that includes many different activities for the whole family to enjoy. Activities include live music, a live painting competition, and a butterfly exhibit, where guests can feed and interact with butterflies.
For younger children, there will be face painting booths, balloon making, and an arts and crafts section. For adults, there will be massages and psychic readings.
For children interested in video games, there will be a video game tournament. Pre-registration is required to join this event.
The Famous Food Festival will take place on July 11th - 12th from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. The event is hosted in the Tanger Outlets in Deer Park, a short trip from Lindenhurst. Children 10 and under have free admission. One-day admission is $5, while two-day admission is $8.48. Tickets can be purchased for $8 at the door. There are also VIP ticket options.
