Next month, the Lindenhurst Chamber of Commerce will hold the Annual Basket Auction for Easter celebrations and to raise money for the Chamber and the local businesses it supports.
The Lindenhurst Chamber of Commerce’s mission is to uplift the Lindenhurst economy and community and to promote sustainable growth by supporting local businesses and organizations that enhance the social, economic, and environmental health of the community. The Chamber is dedicated to highlighting the efforts of local businesses and the special events they host, while at the same time hosting its own events such as this one.
The Annual Basket Auction will allow attendees to bid on a variety of themed baskets filled with home goods, self-care items, wine, and gift cards that have all been donated by local businesses. Admission purchase includes one sheet of raffle tickets and access to tea, coffee, and dessert. There will also be a cash bar for guests to purchase alcoholic beverages. Tickets must be pre-purchased as no walk-ins are permitted.
Raffles taking place at community events are frequently made possible by local businesses that donate Promotional Products to fill gift baskets up for raffle.
The Easter basket auction is slated for Wednesday, April 15 from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. It will be held at the Fireman’s Pavilion, located at 555 Heling Boulevard, Lindenhurst.
