This May, Lindenhurst will hold its annual SpringFest Street Fair, which is typically the city’s first major outdoor event of the season and one of the largest festivals of the year.
The Lindenhurst Chamber of Commerce and The Village of Lindenhurst are responsible for organizing and presenting the event, which will feature a full day of shopping, entertainment, food and drink, games, and community bonding. The festival will be held on North and South Wellwood Avenue, from John Street to Gates Avenue, which will be closed to vehicular traffic to accommodate the vendor booths and crowds of attendees.
Attendees are invited to spend their day exploring the many vendor booths, all of which will be staffed by local small businesses selling homemade wares, unique gifts, and locally sourced products. There will also be plenty of family-friendly activities and live entertainment to enjoy. Local food trucks and pop-up restaurants will be present with food and beverages.
