Old school cars and home up for visiting

Sagtikos Manor will soon be hosting a special event that brings together people who enjoy old cars and old houses.

The Antique and Classic Car Show, sponsored by Montauk Highway and Manor Lane, will give people the opportunity to show off their impressive cars. The show promises to have more than 100 cars displayed for viewers to inspect.

Guests will vote for their favorite motors, and an award will be given out to the first, second, and third place finishers. Those who wish to display their cars need to register them, and there is a $5 fee to do so. However, for vehicles that were produced before 1941, the fee will be waived.

Guests will also have the opportunity to explore Sagtikos Manor. Additional fees apply for the house tours, but people coming to the area to see the cars might want to take the time to check out the historic site. There will also be live musical entertainment provided by Heatwave.

Organizers for this event may reach out to printing companies to create advertising materials such as Posters or Flyers to draw in more attendees. Distributing them in nearby areas like Lindenhurst would draw more attention to the event.

The car show will take place on Sunday, July 20th, and it will run from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm. There is a $5 general admission fee and a $3 reduced fee for seniors and children between the ages of five and fifteen. Children under the age of five enter free.
