The Long Island Comedy Festival will be held at the Studio Theater in Lindenhurst, New York this April.
The American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) has featured the Long Island Comedy Festival on their event page. The event is unique because every comedian who is performing is over the age of fifty. The comedy festival will include the talents of Bob Falcone, Steve Lazarus, and the world’s funniest accountant Stevie G.B. Paul Anthony will also be a featured comedian during the performance.
The Studio Theater has been operating for over fifty years with the help of donations and sponsorships from benefactors and companies. The theater uses brochure printing to create playbills for each performance, where businesses can have their advertisements displayed. Patron level donations start at $250, while sponsorship packages for companies are available for $1000 and above. Milestone sponsors will have their business logo listed as a presenter above the title of the show.
Anyone interested in attending the Long Island Comedy Festival can purchase their tickets for $30 per person. The event will be held on Saturday, April 27th from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm. There will also be another fifty-plus event that the Studio Theater will be hosting in May, which will include dinner in addition to the performance.
