This July, Barre & Beer Inc. will hold the Barre & Beer @ 27A Brewing & Cocktail Co. Session 2 in Lindenhurst for yogis looking for something new.
Barre & Beer is a local fitness center that veers away from the more traditional barre and yoga classes and instead offers a low-impact combination of yoga and Pilates to benefit the whole body. The organization also incorporates alcoholic beverages in healthy, moderate ways and hosts a variety of special events such as the 27A Brewing event in July.
The yoga event is open to all body types and levels of fitness, with modifications given throughout the class. Attendees will go through a low-impact fusion of dancing, yoga, and Pilates as they sip their favorite craft brew. Equipment that attendees will need to bring includes grip socks, yoga mat, and sweat towel.
Flyers may be used as an advertising tool when event organizers of such events wish to promote their event to the wider public. This can be accomplished by printing out Flyers in bulk at a local business specializing in flyer printing and other related services.
The beer and yoga event will take place on Sunday, July 9 from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm. The location for 27a Brewing Company is 173 North Wellwood, Lindenhurst. Tickets are $33.85 on Eventbrite, and they cannot be refunded after the event.
