This May, Keep Smiling Therapy will host the Smile More in Life Everyday Gala in Lindenhurst, which will be the first annual fundraising gala for the SMILE, Inc., Foundation.
Keep Smiling Therapy is owned and operated by Chanel Smiley, a licensed clinical social worker that provides cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and various counseling services for the Lindenhurst and surrounding communities. Chanel also sits on the board of directors for the SMILE, Inc., Foundation, a non-profit that advocates for and educates about mental health access for everyone in the community. The May gala will be the inaugural fundraising event to raise money for the foundation’s efforts.
The gala will feature a cocktail hour and live entertainment, plus plenty of raffles to participate in. The event will also be a black-tie affair, with guests recommended to dress in their best formal wear. Local businesses interested in showcasing their business by becoming event sponsors can purchase one of the sponsorship tickets.
