Next month, Lindenhurst singles will have the chance to connect to potential romantic partners at 7 in Heaven’s speed dating event.
Founded in 2008, 7 in Heaven is a matchmaking organization that hosts events designed to help single people find love. The organization is one of the largest in Long Island, with over 10,000 members who are currently active. Its name derives from its method of allowing seven minutes per speed date.
The Lindenhurst event is designed for women ages 32 to 45 and men ages 34 to 47. The beach themed restaurant Hurricane Grill & Wings will be the hosting venue. Participants will be able to enjoy a free drink and appetizer included in the price of registration. Afterwards, the speed daters will head upstairs to a private candlelit room where the speed dating will take place. Participants will meet up to 10 to 12 dates, with the match results sent by email the next morning.
The 7 in Heaven’s speed dating event is scheduled for September 30 from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Hurricane Grill & Wings is located at 127 East Montauk Highway. Tickets are $45, although discounts are available. See the organizer website for more information.
