Next month, AiArthritis will hold a raffle fundraiser called Auction for Arthritis to raise funds for the organization’s efforts to improve the lives of individuals living with autoimmune and autoinflammatory arthritis.
AiArthritis: the International Foundation for Autoimmune and Autoinflammatory Arthritis seeks to advance advocacy, education, and research for people with such diseases. It achieves this through efforts to expediate detection and diagnosis of arthritis, improve disease management, increase access to care, and conduct research tailored to individual needs.
The fundraiser will feature regular raffles and a silent auction, with up to $10,000 in items to be won. There will also be a vendor fair with numerous retail booths for guests to peruse as they wait for the raffles to be called. The vendor fair will be open to the public without needing to purchase an admission ticket, if they are only attending the fair and not the raffle.
Events involving raffles will often include Promotional Products from sponsoring businesses as prizes to be won.
The AiArthris fundraiser is scheduled for Sunday, April 30 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. It will take place at Lindenhurst Village Square Park and Gazebo at 116 North Wellwood Avenue. Admission tickets are $20 each and include 20 tickets for the raffle. Anyone wanting more tickets can pay for them in cash at the event.
