Breslau Brewing in Lindenhurst will host a special Galantine’s edition of the Barre & Beer Series for Valentine’s Day next month.
Breslau Brewing is small, intimate brewery and tasting room that serves a rotating selection of craft beer. Barre & Beer is a hybrid event series that combines refreshing brews with a unique workout fusion of Pilates, dance, and yoga. The event series visits different breweries in the area to provide people with a chance to explore great local beer while also participating in a healthy activity.
February’s event at Breslau Brewing will put a fun twist on Valentine’s Day. Aimed at women wanting to spend quality time with their gal friends, the event will feature a warm, welcoming atmosphere to decompress and socialize. Organizers request that attendees participate either in their bare feet or wearing grip socks, a yoga or fitness mat, and sweat towels.
