Shredding private documents can be an important part of protecting one’s personal information, and residents of Turnersville are invited to take advantage of an opportunity to have this done by a professional, free of charge.
Washington Township will once again be hosting its annual shred event, and people who live there will be able to bring along Bags or Boxes of paper for shredding. The process will be undertaken by an experienced professional from DocuVault, and the results will be recycled into new products.
Anyone who plans on bringing out their confidential papers to be shredded is reminded that only paper will be accepted. They are asked to remove any plastic or metal, other than staples of paper clips, as it can damage the equipment. Each person is eligible to bring no more than four boxes or bags per vehicle. It is open only to those who live in Washington Township, and each person who comes out is asked to bring along their ID, as it will be checked. The organizers of a function like this can use Promotional Products to let the public know when and where it will be taking place.
The Shred Day event, which is the only one that will be held in the township this year, has been planned for April 8th in the WT Municipal Parking Lot located at 523 Egg Harbor Road in Sewell. Anyone who requires more information is asked to contact lcollins@twp.washington.nj.us or call 856.256.7903 for further details.
