Early June will see Turnersville residents offered the opportunity to have their household hazardous waste disposed of safely and securely.
The schedule of collection dates and locations for Camden County's Household Hazardous Waste Collection events has been organized. The one slated for the Turnersville area will be held at the Camden County Public Works Complex at 2311 Egg Harbor Road.
The activity will run for six and half hours, rain or shine, and proof of residence in the county must be provided to access the service. Anyone dropping off items for disposal will need to remain in their vehicle and should put the items they want to get rid of in their rear cargo area to make it easier for the staff on hand to collect them. The session is not intended for business or commercial access. Medications, smoke detectors, tires, and other waste may not be dropped off. Any further questions can be directed to (856) 858-5241.
Keeping an activity organized and running smoothly may not always be easy, but a poster printing company will be happy to help. It can prepare a variety of signage as well as other materials.
The Turnersville installment of the Camden County Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event list is scheduled for Saturday, June 7 from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. A full list of what will and will not be accepted from disposal can be found on its website, along with information about other dates.
