A Turnersville area golf outing that celebrates the zest for life that was enjoyed by two local brothers is set to celebrate its fourth year, and golfers of any skill level are welcome to tee off.
The annual Markley Brothers Memorial Golf Outing is in the works for this fall, and its organizers explained that it will pay tribute to Christopher and Charles Markley. Proceeds will be donated to a family in the area in need of a helping hand, and it is expected that tickets will be snapped up quickly.
The day will begin with registration, and the golfers are asked to sign in by no later than 11:45 am. The play will open with a shotgun start, and the planners made arrangements to offer a hoodie featuring the function’s Logo Design to those who chose to purchase an early bird ticket. Anyone who would prefer to attend just the dinner portion of the occasion is welcome to choose this option, and these passes also include a drink package.
In an effort to make sure the function reaches its fundraising goals, various sponsorship packages are available. Donations of gifts in kind for the basket raffle, which can include branded Promotional Products, will also be appreciated.
This tribute to the Markley brothers and their generous spirit will be held on October 15. The firing of the shotgun is scheduled for 12:00 noon.
