Morris Peters, a spokesperson for the state budget department, has assured the press that there is little unusual about the latest switch in priorities. Mr. Peters has mentioned a precedent where resources connected with the power industry were also involved.

It has been reported that $25m will be put aside for international trade missions, while $10m will apparently be spent on assisting small businesses with exports.
