Chocolate-lovers in and around Turnersville can learn more about this decadent food and taste a few samples at an event taken place in just a couple of weeks’ time.
The Margaret E. Heggan Free Public Library is hosting an offering called ‘Worship Worthy Chocolate’. During the program, participants will learn about chocolate’s health benefits, along with how it helps the environment. Attendees will also receive a history and science lesson about chocolate.
Duffy’s Fine Chocolates will provide samples for the event. As a family business, the establishment offers chocolates made in small batches.
While the event is free, interested individuals need to register in advance online or by phone. No doubt the event organizers have used a local poster printing service to create Signs to hang up at the library. A chocolate graphic and description of the event may help to encourage locals to attend.
The Margaret E. Heggan library was renamed after a former, now deceased, mayor whose volunteer efforts were instrumental in having a library created in Washington Township. In addition to frequent activities, the library has a wealth of resources ranging from eBooks to an online database.
The event takes place in the meeting room on February 5 from 7:00 pm until 8:00 pm. The library is located on 606 Delsea Drive in Sewell, and can be contacted at 856-589-3334.Get a Free Quote for Signs
