The Turnersville area will be getting its winter holiday season off to a festive start with its Tree Lighting and Winter Village celebration.
Washington Lake Park has set the date for this annual activity, which in previous years has been a real crowd pleaser and attracted four-figure crowds. The organizers have issued a call to any local vendors that may be interested in the opportunity.
Small businesses that would like to join the fun can reserve their booth space, which will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. The public will be treated to live entertainment as well as refreshments, and Santa Claus will be on hand.
The market will be set up outdoors in the Winter Village area, and spaces can be booked for $60 each. A small service charge will be added to this amount.
Holiday markets often prove to be valuable sales opportunities for the businesses that take part, and they also provide a chance for them to expand their custom base. A printer can prepare small Promotional Products to distribute at this type of event.
The Greater Washington Chamber of Commerce will be opening Turnersville’s holiday shopping season with this special celebration set for Friday, December 5. The festivities will start at 5:30 pm at 626 Hurffville-Cross Keys Road, continuing until 8:30 pm.
