Local area gets taste of Chilli Pipers

The Red Hot Chilli Pipers will be performing at the New Brunswick Performing Arts Center this September.

Originating from Scotland, the Red Hot Chilli Pipers came about in 2002. Their international rise began in 2007, when they won the BBC talent show, "When Will I Be Famous?"

The lineup of the band has three bagpipers and a marching snare player. All of which are backed by other musicians. Their performances entertain onlookers with not only their instrumental abilities but also their vocals and dancing.

The reputation of the band landed them a spot at the T in the Park festival in 2004, where they shared the stage with The Darkness. Additionally, they have been on the airwaves of BBC Radio 1, and have made appearances on The Radio 1 Breakfast Show and the Greg James show. They have also been a part of the soundtrack of the film How to Train Your Dragon.

Tickets to the event will range from $123 to $132. Tickets can be bought through the NBPAC website.

Poster printing can be a great way for performance organizers to provide individuals with information about performers and events such as this one.

The event location will be at 11 Livingston Ave, New Brunswick, NJ 08901 on Sunday, September 24th, commencing at 7 pm. Individuals from Cranbury New Jersey may also be in attendance at this event.
