Cranbury will get the chance to shop while supporting a good cause

The second week in March is coming right around the corner, and that is the time for the annual Cranbury Craft Show.

More than 100 juried artisans will be showcasing and selling their unique hand-made wares. The limit of crafters allowed in the show has now been reached and many genres will be represented, including clothing, glass, florals, furniture, wood crafts, toys, ceramics, silks, and jewelry.

Examples of new exhibitors will be the Painted Slate that will have hand-painted sealed roof slates to be displayed inside or out, and Candles for St. Chris with its handmade scented candles, the proceeds from which will go to St. Christopher Children’s Hospital.

Jackson’s Woodcrafts will also be new to the show this year and will offer a variety of hand-made wooden item such as birdhouses and cutting boards made from reclaimed wood. Returning artisan Shrewsbury River Copperworks will once again be selling its unique items, such as stainless steel, brass, and copper creations for the garden.

Both crafters and guests will want to get their business card printing done in time for the event.

The show will be at Cranbury Elementary School, 23 North Main Street, Cranbury from 10:00am until 4:00pm on Saturday and 11:00am until 4:00pm on Sunday on March 12th and 13th. The proceeds for this event will go the Cranbury Education Fund.
