The Plainsboro Preserve in Cranbury will be hosting a Christmas decoration craft lesson in late November, as well as two additional dates in December.
Attendees will make a Christmas wreath out of natural and manmade materials. The session will teach basic craft skills. The Evergreen Wreath Workshop hosts will provide everything needed, as well as coffee or hot cider. All they ask guests to bring is a pair of gardening gloves and a pair of small pruners if they are able. Attendees should dress according to the fall weather, even though a heater will be present in the crafting area.
Tickets for this activity cost $10 for residents of the area, and $20 for anyone coming from the outside. There is a small transaction fee of $2.75 when the tickets are purchased from Active.
The activity is open to anyone aged 15 or older. Currently, those under 18 are required to wear masks. Anyone who is not fully vaccinated is asked to maintain a safe distance and wear a mask as well. Anyone feeling unwell is asked not to attend.
The first session will occur from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on November 28. The other two will be on December 3 and December 4. Anyone looking for the patio on the preserve will be able to follow trail Signs featuring a graphic design and directions.
