Cranbury managers to learn career development techniques

This March, GP Strategies Corporation will be offering a virtual Career Conversations event aimed at helping managers connect with their employees.

GP Strategies Corporation is a management consulting company dedicated to sales and technical training. It hosts events called Career Conversations, which are webinars that teach managers to use the BlessingWhite model of career development to help employees find fulfillment in the jobs. BlessingWhite’s engagement model focuses on how an employee’s satisfaction intersects with their contribution to the organization.

Targeting any Cranbury businesspeople wanting to improve their management skills, next month’s event will be a virtual Career Conversation hosted on WebEx, a video conferencing platform. Designed for managers and others in leadership positions, the webinar teaches managers to identify what employees want out of their careers and how to support them. Attendees will learn how to understand team members, develop team strategies concerning career development, and plan their own career conversations with their team.
