The 2014 Women's Leadership Conference, presented by the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce, is being held in about a month’s time.
Featuring panel discussions, speeches, and seminars, speakers who are confirmed to appear include Sandra Sobieraj Westfall from People Magazine, and Janet Kestin and Nancy Volk, who were the creators of the Dove "real beauty" campaign. All guests will receive a copy of the pair’s book ‘Darling, you can't do both: and other noise to ignore on your way up’. The panel discussion, to be moderated by Krisin Appleget of Princeton University, will talk about making connections in order to succeed in business.
Attendees can also choose to take part in one of four breakout sessions, with topics such as personal branding and the ‘power of influence’. Sponsors of the event are allowed to have a six-foot exhibition table to showcase their business.
Likely to be an ideal networking event for businesswomen from all over the region, including Cranbury, business card printing companies might find they are receiving extra order requests in advance of the conference.
The Women's Leadership Conference is taking place at the Princeton Marriott Hotel and Conference Center on October 30 from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm. Registration costs $99 for chamber members or $129 for nonmembers. Members also pay full price after October 4. Call 609-924-1776 for more information.
