Caldwell set to host community-oriented concert

Homeowners throughout Caldwell have already begun gearing up for an annual event that enables them to become part of the entertainment. This festival is open to all property owners, and it is predicted to attract quite a large local audience.

The Caldwell Porchfest will soon be celebrating its sixth year, and this is one of the most unique festivals throughout New Jersey. Unlike traditional concerts associated with a specific venue, homeowners can instead offer their porches to artists who wish to perform music for a live audience. Therefore, residents across the community can choose which performances they want to attend.

In addition to live music, guests can also choose to purchase bespoke merchandise to commemorate the day. Unisex T-Shirts, caps, and sweatshirts are all available. These can be found by visiting the official website and navigating to the merchandise section.

Events catering to an entire community will frequently use a variety of marketing techniques to connect with the desired audience. Some proven examples include professional brochure printing, working with volunteers who hand out Flyers, and asking homeowners to place signage on their properties.

The 2026 Caldwell Porchfest is being celebrated on Saturday, September 12th from 12 PM to 7 PM. While performances will be taking place throughout the city, the final concert will be held within Grover Cleveland Park between Brookside Avenue and Runnymede Road. This is located just over one mile from the center of Caldwell. There is no charge to attend this event.
