A lazy summer afternoon can be tailor made for enjoying a good book, and the Caldwell library has a program in place that encourages local adults to read and relax.
The library will be running its Adults Summer Read for 2025 throughout the summer, and it's open to cardholders who are age 18 and up. Everyone who participates will have chances to win a prize, and the winners will be selected in July and August.
To get involved, local adults can register, and when they do, their name will be entered in a raffle draw. They will also receive additional prize ballots for each book they check out. Digital Books count, and each review of a title will also receive one additional ballot. Support for the activity has been provided by the Caldwell Public Library Foundation, and everyone is encouraged to join the fun.
Libraries often serve as hubs for their community, offering literacy boosting events and other activities. A poster printing company can prepare budget friendly materials that keep the public informed about special programs, which can be helpful in ensuring they are well attended.
The Caldwell Public Library will be encouraging local adults to pick up a good book (or Books) with its Summer Read. It will officially kick off on June 17th, and anyone who would like to register can do so in person at the library or online by emailing librarian@caldwellpl.org.
