Caldwell beef fans are about to be treated to a dinner featuring a traditional beefsteak menu, and a portion of the proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the Caldwell University Sprint Football program.
The dinner, which will be held at the Caldwell University Student Center Auditorium, will help to kick off another year of football for the university. The first game for the team will be played on September 20th, and as well as providing financial support, the fundraiser will show the players they have the support of their home community.
The meal for the event will be served in the early evening, and along with the beefsteak and traditional sides, wine, beer, and soft drinks will be poured. The menu will be prepared by Nightingale Catering, and everyone can mix and mingle while they enjoy the experience. Even if they cannot attend the dinner in person, university alumni and others who are interested can still contribute by making a donation.
Sports teams and other groups that host events similar to this may find themselves in the market for themed decor. This can be prepared by a banner printing company, and may be designed in the colours of a school, team, or organization.
The 2024 Season Kickoff Beefsteak Dinner in support of Caldwell University Sprint Football is scheduled for September 14th. Tickets are $100.00 each.
