This October, Caldwell will be the place to be for those interested in enjoying fall fun, and there will be activities for all ages.
The Caldwell Street Fair will be a celebration of community set up along a six-block stretch of Bloomfield Avenue. The organizers have provided space for up to 200 sellers, and the vendor list is expected to be extensive.
The activity will include spots for crafters, makers and other locally based small businesses, and food concessions will also be in the mix. Anyone who feels the function is good fit for their company or community service organization can reserve their spot, and they will need to supply their own table and display materials. Electricity may be available for an additional fee.
Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. The deadline to apply is August 31, with full payment for bookings needed no later than September 1.
Fall fairs often take place outside, which means any booth and other decor may need to be able to withstand being exposed to the elements. A banner printing company can lend a hand, and as it can provide reusable options, it may be a budget-friendly choice.
The Caldwell Street Fair will once again bring an afternoon of family-friendly fun to the community on Saturday, October 5. Its website offers an application link and other information, as well as a sponsor list.
