Summer may seem some way off, but Caldwell families on the hunt for camp options when the sun comes out may want to attend an upcoming event.
The NJ Camp Fair has dates scheduled for the local area, and it will be held at Turtle Back Zoo. Admission will be free, and the whole family is on the guestlist.
Attendees will find lots of displays set up by organizers of local day and sleepaway-style camps, and other programs will be in the mix as well. Specialty options, such as adventure or sports, will be included for those looking for a more focused option. Parents or guardians can meet a variety of representatives.
This traveling expo will also be making stops in other New Jersey communities. For the one at Turtle Back Zoo, it will be open to the public for three hours.
Along with the chance for families to find a summer camp, there will be employment opportunities for potential counsellors. Those interested may wish to bring along a copy of their résumé.

The 2025 NJ Camp Fair will be making a stop in the Caldwell area on Saturday, January 25. Its doors will open at 12:00 pm at 500 Northfield Avenue in West Orange.
