When it comes to wellness, a Caldwell area activity will explore the topic from a women's perspective, with an emphasis on being proactive.
The Roseland Public Library and Reimagined Mind have teamed up to offer the West Essex Women’s Wellness Mini-Expo. It will provide opportunities for females to take steps to keep their mind, body and spirit healthy, and its schedule is filled with an assortment of activities and learning opportunities.
The organizers have invited local wellness vendors to set up shop for the day, which will provide a chance for the attendees to learn what is available to them in their own home area. Everyone can meet and mingle with the rest of the guests, and raffle draws will add an extra touch of excitement. Coffee and light bites will both be on the menu. Kids are welcome to attend as there will be a music class, face painting session, and other fun planned just for them.
To thank attendees for helping to make the function a success, the first 100 women to sign up will receive a bag of branded Promotional Products and other swag. No doubt some participating business will also be distributing premiums to the crowd.
