Winter is not far away, and thanks to an upcoming adoption drive, those who call Caldwell home may be spending theirs with a brand new furry feathery or scaly friend.
A pet adoption fair that’s been dubbed ”Luck of the Pup” will be a fun filled afternoon. It will introduce some animals in need of a loving home, and there is lots more on the agenda for the crowd to enjoy.
The afternoon, which will take place at the Shillelagh Club in West Orange, will welcome an assortment of local rescue and animal welfare groups, and they will each have adoptable companion animals to meet. Food trucks will be on hand, and everyone can warm up with a glass of hot mulled cider or cup of hot chocolate.
To thank everyone for their support, there will be lots of giveaways, raffle draws and other chances to go home with some Promotional Products or other prizes. Face painting, a vendor area and pours of Tito’s Handmade Vodka will round out the day. A portion from the sale of these will be donated to each of the rescues that takes part.
Luck of the Pup will be connecting pets indeed with local people is on the agenda for November 12th. Everyone is encouraged to come out and show some love to companion animals in need of a second chance.
