Golf tournament to aid North Conways furry friends in need
A golf tournament with a purpose has been planned for North Conway, and those who choose to play through will be supporting the Conway Area Humane Society (CAHS).
This outdoor fundraiser will be held on the links at North Conway Country Club, and to add to the excitement of the occasion, an assortment of challenges and other special activities have been planned. The golf will be followed by a reception and awards presentation, and everyone who is interested is encouraged to sign up now.
Those who register for the day, which will follow a four person, bramble format, can choose to show off their skills in the putting, longest drive and closest to the pin competitions, and there will also be hole in one prizes awarded as well. A shootout contest with a prize of $50,000 is on the agenda, and even split and raffle draws will mean even more golfers will go home with a prize.
Planning a signature fundraiser like this often includes working with a printing services company. It will be able to provide everyone from sponsor signage to place at each of the holes to souvenir mugs, balls and golf towels printed what its logo design.
The CAHS has planned its 12th annual Putt for Pets Golf Tournament for September 22nd. All support for the activity will be welcome, and more details are available on its online event listing.
