Charlotte’s Crowne Plaza Executive Park has recently undergone a facelift, and it will be showing off its new look to guests at a special event that may be of interest to those who are making their wedding plans.
The hotel has set aside five different areas for the ‘Sip and See’ bridal show, and each will have its own activities, displays and other offerings. Tickets for the showcase are free if they are obtained ahead of the day, and they will be sold for $5 at the door.
When guests arrive at the function, they can choose to head to the Bridal Luncheon room, which will be exhibiting wedding and reception decor and offering both food and coffee. The Ceremony Room will have live music, and champagne and mimosas will be poured in the guest room. The Reception Room will provide a sample of the type of party the venue can host, and here, the attendees will find more food, as well as decor ideas, wedding vendors and a variety of games and prizes.
Along with all of the rooms, a dedicated vendor space has been planned. The businesses that found here will have representatives on site to discuss plans, offer ideas and even make bookings for products and services. A business card printing company will be able to supply them all with cards and other items for distribution to the attendees during this type of event.
This year’s bridal showcase will be on offer for Charlotte’s brides-to-be on January 27, and has been organized by Charlotte Area Bridal Shows.
