A Charlotte not for profit group that serves as an environmental steward for rivers, lakes and oceans will soon be celebrating its 10th anniversary, and it will be hosting a public event to mark the occasion.
Surfrider’s Charlotte chapter has invited one and all to help celebrate its 10th anniversary, and it has plans for a special party. The fundraiser will take place at HopFly Brewing, and tickets are $25 each.
The evening will see its guests enjoy a complimentary welcome drink as well as bites prepared by Katsu Cart. Everyone will receive a ticket for the raffle door prize draw, and the entertainment for the occasion will be provided by John Sullivan. There will be the excitement of a silent auction for donated corporate gifts, and all of the proceeds will be donated directly to Surfriders.
A fundraising event can often do double duty by serving as an awareness raiser. A brochure printing company will be happy to prepare informational materials for almost any function.
This celebration of 10 years of the Surfrider Foundation working in the Charlotte area is scheduled for November 3rd, and the fun will kick off at 7:00 pm. HopFly Brewing company can be found at 1327 South Mint Street in Charlotte, and advance passes for the event can be purchased online through the Eventbrite ticketing website.
