An elegant night awaits those in Charlotte, as the Mint Museum Randolph holds its ‘Inaugural Spring Gala’ in just over a week.
This black-tie event will feature cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and a dinner, including dessert. A live auction, entertainment, and dancing are some of the other highlights. Drinks and light bites can be enjoyed on the grounds while dinner will be served in an elegant tent.
Businesses and organizations have sponsorship opportunities. A $10,000 table sponsorship will allow the organization’s logo to be used on various invitations and media releases. It is likely that local providers of postcard printing services have been contacted to make save-the-date notifications and spread the word about the gala.
The Mint was the first art museum in the state, and now contains art from around the world. It has an immense research library, a theater, and a gift shop.
The festivities begin on May 10 at 6:30 pm at the museum, which is located on 2730 Randolph Road. The formal gala costs $500 per person for the entire evening. Another option is to pay $100 for dessert and dancing, which begins at 9:00 pm. A portion of the ticket costs are tax deductible. In addition, the money will be used to support the 'Mint Annual Fund' and, overall, help make the museum to be an inspiration to the community.
