Charlotte is looking for the best chicken wings in the city, and the public is welcome to add their voice to the judging.
Restaurants from the city’s uptown side that feel their wings are king will be putting them to the test at Rooftop 210. Ticket holders will be able to sample all of them, and at each stop, they can wash them down with the beer that has been selected to accompany the entry.
Those who come to the event will be able to vote for the wings they feel are the most unique, the hottest, and also the best tasting overall. There will also be a competition to see who can eat the most. Since kids often enjoy this dish just as much as adults, both general and underage admission tickets will be available for purchase. A discount is on offer for anyone who buys theirs early. Poster printing can be used to produce an assortment of materials that promote an occasion like this to the city.
Saturday, March 25 has been chosen as the date for the 2nd Annual Charlotte Wing Fest, and it will begin at 2:00 pm. The voting will take place at 5:00 pm, and the eating contest will take place shortly afterwards.
