Charlotte’s historic Rosedale Plantation has stood for over 200 years, and its resident spirits will be welcoming visitors to their home for a special event this fall.
Family friendly tours of the plantation and grounds have been planned for that will shine a light on the history of the property. As brave participants stroll through the twilight and visit the home’s kitchen, basement, first floor and garden, they will learn about the different events that have occurred in them throughout the years and how they shaped the plantation. The “spirits’ that will be on hand for the occasion will be brought to life courtesy of the efforts of the Rosedale theatrical production team.
The tours are geared towards those who are at least six years of age and up, and the tours run for about 45 minutes each. They begin every 30 minutes, starting at 7:00 pm, and each group will be organized so that it has no more than 15 people. A printing services provider can be counted on to supply an assortment of marketing materials that can help to promote an event like this to residents and visitors alike.
These evenings of spooky fun will be held on October 27 and 28 at Historic Rosedale Plantation, which can be found at 3427 North Tryon St.. Anyone who would like to obtain more information can do so by contacting the organizer through its website.
